At Agni Innovate Technology, the Machine Learning Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing advanced machine learning models to enhance our automotive products and services. Job Responsibilities
- Model Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that improve our product offerings, focusing on areas such as predictive maintenance, customer interaction, and operational efficiency.
- Technical Expertise Maintenance: Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields to maintain technical expertise in neural networks, decision tree learning, and algorithm optimization.
- Project Execution: Define the scope of machine learning projects, including detailed plans for model development, testing, and integration into existing systems.
- Cost and Schedule Estimates: Provide forecasts for project costs and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into broader tech initiatives.
- Standards and Compliance: Interpret and adhere to industry standards and ethical guidelines related to data handling and model deployment.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the performance of deployed models, identifying opportunities for refinement and enhancement.
- Safety and Security: Ensure that all machine learning practices consider data privacy and security measures to protect company and customer information.
- Teamwork and Innovation: Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration, contributing to team projects and supporting peers in cross-functional development efforts.
Education and Experience
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a machine learning role, with a proven track record of successful project implementation.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Experience with data processing, data structure optimization, and building scalable machine learning models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
