Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager at Agni Sentral Motor, you will oversee the daily operations of one of our retail locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the store operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store activities, manage store staff, and ensure a tidy and attractive store environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service; manage and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Training and Supervision: Train, motivate, and evaluate store employees to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company guidelines.
- Sales and Performance Targets: Set and implement strategies to increase store sales and performance metrics.
- Policy Compliance: Maintain store compliance with all company policies and operational standards.
Leadership and Development: Develop and lead a team that fosters Agni Sentral Motor’s values and promotes a culture of high performance and consistent improvement.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales management, customer service, and merchandise principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership capabilities and experience in team management.
