Agni Sentral Motor is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to provide crucial financial insights and analytical support to our finance department. This role involves a comprehensive analysis of financial data to guide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making processes. You will contribute to our financial health and ensure that our financial practices support company objectives.

Job Responsibilities

- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial data and trends to assist in financial planning and strategy development.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain detailed budgets for various departments; provide accurate financial forecasts to senior management.
- Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the company.
- Financial Modeling: Create models to simulate financial scenarios and plan future financial operations.
- Project Support: Provide financial evaluations for proposed projects, including cost estimates, benefits analysis, and risk assessment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; stay updated on changes in financial regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders and senior management.
- Process Improvement: Participate in initiatives to improve financial processes and systems within the company.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of financial strategies and operational goals.
- Safety and Ethics: Maintain the highest standards of financial integrity and responsibility in all work.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial analysis or similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
