Job Responsibilities
- Detailing Operations: Perform thorough cleaning, polishing, and waxing of both the interior and exterior of vehicles to produce a high-quality finish.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles for flaws such as dents, scratches, or other damage, and determine appropriate restoration procedures.
- Customer Interaction: Consult with customers to understand their service needs and provide recommendations based on their vehicle’s condition.
- Technique Enhancement: Stay current with the latest industry trends and techniques in car detailing, including eco-friendly practices.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain detailing equipment and tools in good working order, managing supplies and inventory for detailing operations.
- Project Management: Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and customer expectations without compromising quality.
- Safety Standards: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and ensure that all detailing tasks are performed with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside other service team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback and Improvements: Provide feedback on detailing processes and assist in developing strategies to enhance service offerings and efficiency.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional training or certification in auto detailing is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Car Detailing Specialist or similar role with a solid track record of exceptional workmanship.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and preservation products, techniques, and standards.
- Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
